About Tanya
For a decade I've built the operations behind fast-growing technology companies. At Twilio I spent nearly seven years building the Board of Directors and Legal Operations programs for the General Counsel through 14x growth, then moved into a newly created risk role where I helped launch the company's first enterprise Risk Management program, including its first global risk assessment for the Audit Committee.
At Snowflake I ran operations for a 200+ person Security Engineering organization, from budget and headcount to the full rhythm of business. I hold a BA in History from San Francisco State University, I'm working toward my CAPM, and I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
